Founders Rick Mueller and Bobby Hernreich met while training for the first biking Leadville 100. Shortly thereafter, the two started  Remonov, a development company committed to quality, uniqueness, and community. The business is a tongue-in-cheek portmanteau for “recreational monsters of Vail”. Since then, Remonov has been responsible for the development of most of the commercial core of Edwards, including Edwards Corner, Edwards Village Center, and Edwards Commercial Park. In addition, the two have worked on projects all over Colorado and Arizona together, in both the residential and commercial sectors. Recently, Rick’s daughter, Makenzie, has joined the team to help bring Remonov into the next generation.
