The Shipp building was built and developed by the Shipp Family in 2008. Remonov acquired the property in 2023. With the western style and brick construction, the property fit right into the Remonov portfolio.

Currently, the upstairs space houses one of Eagle County's only coworking spaces, Colorado Workspace. Downstairs Remonov is excitedly awaiting the opening of its new restaurant!
